Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet against Brijbhushan under three sections. The next hearing in the case will be held on July 4. Meanwhile, the Delhi Police filed a 1,000-page charge sheet against the BJP MP in the court. A 500-page report was also submitted to the Patiala House Court seeking to drop the POCSO case against him. As there was no evidence to support the case filed by the minor wrestler, the police submitted a report to the court seeking to strike it out. It is known that the wrestlers have been protesting for a few months that Brij Bhushan has committed sexual harassment against women wrestlers. As many as seven female residents complained against him, two FIRs were registered at the Connaught Palace police station in Delhi.
While the first FIR was registered against six women wrestlers and the second FIR was registered on April 28 with the complaint of the father of another minor wrestler. On the other hand, the deadline given by the wrestlers to arrest Brijbhushan is ending today. Due to this, there is great excitement about the future activities of the wrestlers. It is known that the Union Minister Anurag Thakur has promised that the elections will be held for the wrestling federation on July 6.
