Here’re 5 Common Health Problems Caused By Milk:
1. Affects the amount of calcium-
Some studies suggest that milk does not actually help in adding calcium to the body. In fact, it has a negative effect on the body. Basically, when the protein from milk breaks down, it produces acid. To neutralize and flush out the extra acid, our body pulls out calcium. For those unaware, calcium is known to be an excellent neutralizer.

2. Affects the health of bones-
A large scale Harvard study found no evidence that drinking milk has any effect on healthy bones. Actually, taking out calcium has a negative effect on the bones.
3. Acne causes-
Growth hormone in milk causes swelling. This further triggers acne by clogging the pores.
4. Chances of PCOS increases-
Women with PCOS struggle with insulin resistance in the body. And the spike in insulin caused by dairy can increase your carb cravings and testosterone levels.
5. Hormonal imbalance-
Dairy increases cortisol levels in the body which can contribute to increased anxiety, hair loss and facial hair.
Keeping all these things in mind, nutritionist Rashi Chowdhary suggests, consumption of milk can be reduced, if not eliminated completely, to benefit overall health.
