Heavy hailstorm will occur in Nellipaka, Chintoor, Koonavaram and Vararamachandrapuram mandals of Alluri district today.

Heavy hailstorm will occur in Nellipaka, Chintoor, Koonavaram and Vararamachandrapuram mandals of Alluri district today. It is said that heavy hailstorm will occur in Kukunoor and Velerupadu mandals of Eluru district. It is said that there will be hailstorm in another 212 mandals as well. Yesterday in Ibrahimpatnam of ATR district, 43.3°C and 43.1°C in Sriramavaram of Eluru district, high temperatures were recorded. Today, temperatures up to 45°C – 47°C are likely to be recorded in some parts of Alluri, West Godavari, Eluru and Krishna districts.
Some parts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Manyam, Kakinada, Konaseema and East Godavari districts are likely to record temperatures of 42°C – 44°C. Also 42°C – 44°C in some parts of NTR, Guntur, Bapatla, Palnadu, Prakasam, Nellore, Nandyala and Tirupati districts. – Temperatures up to 41°C are likely to be recorded. People should be alert in view of hailstorm and severe sun.. especially elderly, pregnant and lactating women are advised to take appropriate precautions.
