Bhatara Meteorological Department has said that conditions are becoming favorable for entry of Monsoon in Kerala in the next 48 hours. Conditions are also favorable for Southwest Monsoon to advance further into some parts of South. Arabian Sea, entire Lakshadweep region, Maldives, Comorin region, more parts of Southwest & Central Bay of Bengal, some parts of Northeast Bay of Bengal, some parts of Northeast states are favorable during this time. Surface in South Chhattisgarh & Surroundings periodicity Weakened. Westerly/Southwest winds are blowing in Andhra Pradesh and Yanam in the lower troposphere.
