CBI has arrested Uday Kumar Reddy, the main follower of MP Avinash Reddy, in the Viveka murder case. The CBI officials arrested Uday and took him to Hyderabad. The CBI arrested Uday Kumar as there were details related to Uday Kumar in the Google Take Out collected by the CBI about who was present in the case of Viveka’s murder. It seems that a 15-member team of CBI has settled in Kadapa for the last three days. The CBI issued notices to Jayaprakash Reddy, who works at Gangireddy Hospital, and his son, UCL employee Gajjala Uday Kumar Reddy, and recorded their statement. Earlier, Uday Kumar complained to the District SP that the CBI was harassing him in the name of investigation. A private case was also filed against Espiramsingh in Kadapa court.
Regarding the arrest of Uday Kumar Reddy, his lawyer Jayaprakash Reddy disclosed the details. ‘CBI officials brought Uday Kumar Reddy to Kadapa from Pulivendula. Uday was arrested about an hour and a half later. Jayaprakash Reddy disclosed that the CBI officials said that a notice has been issued under CrPC 41A.
