It is known that the State High Court has given its verdict transferring the TRS MLA purchase case which created a sensation in Telangana to the CBI. MLA Rohit Reddy responded to this verdict. He spoke to TV9 on the same issue and said that the case is going as they thought. MLA Rohit Reddy said that it was said earlier that CBI, IT and ED will be used and the same is happening. Rohit Reddy said that he will give all the details to the CBI about how BJP tried to buy him. The MLA said that he has not done anything wrong and will fully cooperate with the CBI. Rohit Reddy, who is familiar with Nandu, the accused in this case, clarified that there is no business dealings with him.

Meanwhile, it is known that the High Court has issued a sensational verdict in the MLA purchase case which has created a sensation in Telangana. The High Court hearing the petition filed by the BJP and the accused to hand over to the central investigation agencies also made some key comments. The bench, which rejected the petition filed by the BJP, agreed with the arguments of the accused. The court opined that the SIT investigation was not going well and ordered the investigation to be handed over to the CBI. It also ordered that the material of the SIT investigation be handed over to the CBI.

After all, this case has gone from the state police to the hands of the central investigation agency, as BJP wanted from the beginning. The SIT has also issued notices to top BJP leaders like BL Santosh, who has already toured various states and collected key evidence. However, with the High Court verdict, the case will be handed over to the CBI. The former officials are advising to go to the Supreme Court on the verdict given by the High Court. The High Court handed over the investigation to the CBI and suspended the judgment until the final copy of the verdict. The Advocate General requested that the order be put in suspension until the copy of the panel is received. The final verdict is likely to come tomorrow.
