The incident took place in Karjat-Hast Pokhari, Ambad Taluka, Jalna District, Maharashtra. It is informed that this road has been constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Rural Road Scheme. It is reported that the contractor has said that German technology will be used for the construction of the road. But as seen in the video, the villagers alleged that the asphalt laying was shoddy. Locals are criticizing the Maharashtra government.
