200 Indian fishermen have been released from Pakistani jails. On Saturday, Pakistani officials handed over to BSF forces at a joint check post on the Attari-Wagha border in Punjab. Based on the emergency travel certificate issued by the Indian High Commission in Islamabad, it seems that all of them entered the borders of India at 1 am on Saturday.

But in the past, fishermen from the Arabian Sea crossed the imaginary border into Pakistani waters by boats. As a result, Pakistan identified them as illegal entry into their territory and detained them. Later they were put in jail. Finally now those fishermen have been released. Officials stated that medical examinations were conducted on all of them after they came back to their country.
