Chennai Super Kings: After 3 years, IPL teams are ready to play at their home grounds. In such a situation, CSK will prepare special plans for its players at Chepauk Stadium.
IPL 2023: Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have started their preparations for IPL 2023 from now. Team India captain MS Dhoni and coach Stephen Fleming organized a special training camp at their home ground Chepauk. It seems that this camp can be organized in February-March. Chennai Super Kings will enter Chepauk after three years. For the past three seasons due to the Corona pandemic, the franchises did not get a chance to play at their home ground. However, the Corona scare is almost over. With this IPL will once again return to its old format. In such a situation, Chennai Super Kings would like to give their players their home ground experience before the tournament begins.
As per the details of the staff to the management of CSK.. the date has not been decided yet. But this camp seems to last from two weeks to one month in February or early March. Dhoni and Fleming want the CSK players to adapt to the conditions in Chennai before the start of IPL. That is why this camp is expected to be established.
It seems that special plans have been made to improve skills and technique. The Chepak Stadium pitch in Chennai offers different challenges to bowlers and batsmen. Now CSK have to play half of their matches in IPL at this ground. That is why this decision was taken. The camp, which will be held at the end of February, will not only help the CSK players understand the Chepak pitch, but the management also hopes to improve the skills and techniques of the young players.
