A brand new six-round racing event for karting enthusiasts in the country Hyderabadended in Racing Promotions Pvt Ltd has announced that the new four-stroke karting series will begin on April 29 in Chennai and conclude on June 4 in Hyderabad. The chicane circuit in Hyderabad was the venue for the final of this racing event. 36 drivers from 6 cities competed in the final held in Hyderabad. Also in the format, a practice and qualifying session was conducted with nine drivers per batch.
Four qualifiers were held before this final. The top-5 drivers from each round qualify for the semi-finals. The top-5 drivers in each semi-final heat will compete in the final in Hyderabad, with Rachit Singhal emerging as the winner, who will be awarded scholarships worth Rs 2 crore for the FMSCI National Karting Championship starting in July.
These scholarships cover training, new kart, mechanic, engineers along with free entry. Top-3 winners in each city except Hyderabad will get a trophy. Furthermore, the top-6 drivers from the entire series will receive a scholarship for the FMSCI National Karting Championship. Racing Promotions Pvt Ltd Chairman Ad Managing Director Akhil Reddy said that the Grand Finale was held in Hyderabad with the top 6 finalists in the races held in Chennai, Bangalore, Kerala, Mumbai and Delhi.
