A heated argument took place between Prithvi Shah’s friends and Sapna Gill’s friends outside a club in Mumbai. After this incident, Sapna Gill alleged that Prithvi Shah and his friends harassed and assaulted her. Recently, an FIR was registered against Prithvi Shah in Andheri Magistrate 66 Court regarding this incident. A case has been registered against the Delhi batterer under IPC section 354, 509, 324. A case has also been registered against Prithvi Shah’s friend Surendra Yadav. It seems that Sapna Gill has submitted evidence that both of them hit her with a bat. The hearing of the case will be held on April 17.
On the other hand, Sapna Gill was accused of trying to take a selfie with Prithvi Shah. Moreover, there were reports that she attacked Prithvisha and his friends. When Shah complained to the police, Sapna Gill and her friends were arrested. After that, Sapna Gill, who came out on bail, filed a case against Prithweesha. Shah has been accused of violating the lockdown norms in 2021. Prithvi Shah was also banned due to doping. BCCI banned this player for 8 months in 2019.
