Multiplex Association of Gujarat (MAG) president Manubhai Patel said that during the meeting, the minister assured the security of multiplex theaters from groups threatening cinema exhibitors over the film’s release. Meanwhile, the Bajrang Dal said it stood by its decision not to allow the film to be screened in Gujarat cinema halls as one of the songs in the film “insults” Hinduism.
Khan and his film ‘Pathan’ are facing criticism for showing Padukone in a saffron bikini in the song ‘Besharam Rang’.
