Many things have come to light in the research done by the researchers of New South Wales University in Australia. Nowadays, most of the population around the world is suffering from kidney related problems. Such people say that if they eat fish two or three times a week, the omega 3 fatty acids in it are very good for the heart. New South Wales University researchers in collaboration with the George Institute for Global Health conducted this research on 25,000 people from many countries, their research reports say. In this research, it has been concluded that heart and kidney related diseases can be checked by fish.
Not just one or two from 12 countries of the world, the researchers have conducted 19 trials on about 25 thousand people and found out all the benefits of eating too much fish for the heart and kidneys. Eating fish at least three times a week is good for health, say experts. Through these fish, nutrients like calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamin-D enter the human body. As a result of this, kidney diseases are said to be prevented. Among the fish, oily fish like salmon, trout, tuna, swordfish, mackerel, sardines, herring are even better. Researchers at the University of New South Wales have concluded that recent research has revealed that omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in fish are very beneficial for our heart and kidneys.
