Hyundai’s Genesis company is currently conducting tests on this wireless technology. These tests are being conducted in the premium market in Korea. These exams will continue till June 2023. It is close to the wireless charging method used for smart phones. The company has developed a special pad for this purpose. The car can be charged without any wire connection with the help of magneto field from this pad. This pad is placed under the ground. When the car is parked on this pad, the car receives electricity from the charging pad.

Genesis Company expects to install up to 20 such electric pads with a capacity of 11 kilowatts in the coming period. To test these, two cars, GV60 and GV70, have also been equipped with receivers with advanced technology.
