Delhi Capitals set a target of 163 runs to defending champions Gujarat Titans in the 7th match of the Indian Premier League. After losing the toss and batting first, Team India scored 162 runs for 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.

David Warner reached the pavilion with 37 runs. Later Sarfaraz Khan added 30 runs. Akshar Patel played huge shots in the slog overs and took the score to 150 runs. He scored 36 runs off 22 balls. Mohammad Shami and Rashid Khan took 3 wickets each for Gujarat.
