Public Sector Undertaking Punjab National Bank It is ready to give a big shock to its clients. Henceforth, even if money is withdrawn from the ATM without minimum balance in the customer’s bank account, even if the transaction fails due to low balance.. Rs. 10+GST will incur penalty charges. This new rule will come into effect from May 1, 2023. In this regard, Punjab National Bank has issued an announcement on its website. The details are as follows.
“Appeal to dear customers. From 1st May, 2023, if money is withdrawn from an ATM without minimum balance in the account, even if the transaction fails due to low balance.. Rs. 10+GST penalty charges will be charged,” PNB is sending a message to its customers. If there is sufficient balance in the accounts but the transaction fails from the ATM, PNB has formulated special guidelines to solve the problem.
According to PNB..
1. In case of failed ATM transaction the complaint will be redressed within seven days of receiving the complaint.
2. Even if the claim is made within 30 days of the transaction.. If there is delay in resolving the complaint.. the bank will charge Rs. 100 compensation each.
3. In case of ATM transaction failure, PNB customers can complain to customer care number 0120-2490000 or toll free numbers 1800180222, 18001032222.
If so.. Punjab National Bank is conducting a survey on customer satisfaction level. Customers can participate in this survey by visiting PNB’s website and give their feedback about PNB’s services.
