Araku Festival
In Andhra Ooty Araku Valley Adivasi cultural celebrations began in earnest. Performances and dances were performed to reflect the traditions of the tribal culture. These festivals are also held for three days. The tribal cultural celebrations began with grandeur at the tourist hub of Arakuloya under the auspices of the tribal association. The celebrations are being organized at the Arakuloya Tribal Museum under the auspices of the tribal association with the determination to not only preserve the endangered tribal culture, traditions and customs but also to inform the outside world.
On the first day, Dimssa, Model Dimssa, Tribal Children’s Dance, Budiya Drama Mayuri Dimssa, Kolatam Kommukoya and other performances were impressive. The leaders of the tribal community said that they are organizing tribal cultural celebrations after resolving the 8th state congress.
