AP CM Jagan conducted a review on the housing progress at the camp office in Tadepalli. In this meeting, the officials explained the state-wide housing progress to the CM. He said that the construction of houses is progressing rapidly. Apart from TIDCO, the government has spent 6,435 crore rupees for the construction of houses in this financial year. It has been revealed that the officials are regularly visiting the respective layouts and examining the progress of the construction of the houses. Officials said that they have inspected the layouts 4 times in the month of December. Officials revealed that total 4 types of tests will be conducted. Officials stated that these tests are being conducted in all layouts. The CM revealed in the review that necessary labs are also being set up.
CM Jagan wants these three facilities of electricity, water and drainage to be provided by the time the houses are completed. Also, the officials were directed to talk to the beneficiaries of the houses from time to time and give them electricity connections when they reach a certain stage, and look for alternatives immediately where the construction of houses has been stopped due to court disputes. Where the court cases are not resolved, they should immediately look for alternative places and start construction of houses.
In this review meeting, Housing Minister Jogi Ramesh, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister Adimulapu Suresh, AP Housing Corporation Chairman Davuluri Dorababu, Tidco Chairman Jammana Prasanna Kumar and many other leaders and officials participated.
