Andhra Pradesh: Alcohol intoxication that took the life of a toddler.. What did the drugged father do..? – Telugu News | Six months baby dies after alcoholic father accidentally falls on her, in East Godavari District

The child lost her life when her drunken father slept on her 6-month-old baby. Based on the complaint of the child’s mother, the police have registered a case and are investigating. According to the police, Vemuluri Gandhi and his wife used to work as agricultural laborers in Venkatayapalem of Gopalapuram mandal of East Godavari district. Gandhi, who was in the habit of drinking alcohol, used to finish work as usual, came home drunk and lay down on the bed to relax.

But as he slept on the child without noticing his daughter Divya (6 months) who was sleeping on the same bed.. the baby became unconscious. Gandhi’s wife noticed what happened and immediately tried to take her child to the hospital. But the toddler lost her life on the way and lodged a complaint at the local police station.
