Union Home Minister Amit Shah: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Karnataka on December 30 for his two-day visit. The home minister is considering the visit as very important amid the demand for reservation from various quarters, amid the pending expansion of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai’s cabinet.
Along with the official meetings, Shah will discuss the election strategy with the booth level activists and leaders of the state. Assembly elections will also be held in the state between April-May next year. Chief Minister Bommai met Home Minister Shah and BJP National President JP Nadda on Monday. Sources in the party said that Shah will reach Bengaluru on the night of December 29 and will launch a huge dairy in Mandya on December 30 and participate in an open meeting. There will be a meeting with the party leaders at a breakfast dinner on December 31
