Amit Shah stated that there will be no alliance with anyone in the Karnataka assembly elections..BJP will form the government on its own. He directed all the party workers to work hard to achieve a majority of one-third and two-fourths in the state. Union Home Minister Amit Shah made these comments at a meeting of BJP booth presidents and booth level agents in Bengaluru. He denied the news that the BJP is forging an alliance with the Janata Dal-Secular (JDS). He made it clear that there will be no alliance with JDS in the Karnataka assembly elections. Even if you vote for JDS, it is said that it is like Congress. Will you vote for BJP-led patriots? Will you vote for the Congress-led Tukde Tukde gang that is dividing the country..? Amit Shah advised people to decide who they want to vote for.

Amit Shah has appealed to the people of Karnataka not to be misled by the propaganda that there will be a three-way contest in the elections. They indicated that there will be only two-way competition in the state.. They are not in alliance with any party.. Do not believe false campaigns. He said that BJP will continue to rule keeping in mind the welfare and empowerment of all. On this occasion, Amit Shah praised the government led by Bommai Basavaraj in the state.

He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, Yeddyurappa and Basavaraj Bommai have provided good governance to Karnataka. On this occasion, he called on the activists to ensure that BJP comes to power with 2/3 majority like Gujarat.

The Union Home Minister strongly condemned the previous Congress and JDS government’s withdrawal of cases against members of the banned organization Popular Front of India (PFI). He said that the Modi government has taken action against the PFI which has committed illegal activities against the country.
